1. DO DRINK TEA:
Studies have shown that certain herbs can be used as remedies or for preventative measures. I believe this to be true, otherwise, why is my school teaching us about plants (in tea form) that are used as medicine!?! My favorite is cinnamon tea sprinkle bit of sugar for some sweetness.....or maybe a little more than a sprinkle! :)

2. DO WEAR SUNSCREEN:
Skin is the largest organ in the body and most of its job is to protect us from the environment we expose it to. Even when it's not sunny outside there are still sun rays out there. So be nice to your skin and protect it from the sun. Use sunscreen! The sunscreen that I am using right now is Eucerin Daily Protection Moisturizing Face Lotion with an SPF 30.

3. DO BRAID YOUR HAIR AT NIGHT:
Braid your hair at night before going to sleep, the waves in the morning look really cute. If you do this then styling your hair in the morning wont take so long and you wont have to use heat on it! It saves you time and its healthier for your hair.
4. DO USE A LEAVE-IN CONDITIONER:
Leave-in conditioners leave your hear smelling good (usually, but it depends on the one you get) and soft to the touch. Who doesn't love soft hair! At the moment the one I use is Dove Leave-in Smoothing Cream. It smells delish!
